Wuling Power Corporation Ltd. (Wuling) was founded in 1995 and is based in Changsha, the capital of Hunan, China. It is a subsidiary of the State Power Investment Corporation (SPIC) and a comprehensive energy enterprise that owns many hydro, thermal, wind, and solar power plants.

Wuling is one of the earliest river basin development companies in China. It is the largest hydropower generation company and a well-known energy service provider in Hunan.

By the end of 2017, Wuling had 41 power plants, 70 subsidiaries and 2,454 employees, with total assets of more than USD 6.5 billion. Its total installed capacity is of 6,924.59 MW, for which clean energy accounts more than 83%. It has an annual power output of 22 TWh and an annual revenue of more than USD 1 billion. Clean energy projects with construction approvals contributes another 1,694.2 MW.
